Hello, I'm Wen Fan

Do you feel like you can't live fully because of the “what ifs”? Maybe anxiety is holding you back from the steps you need to take in your career or your relationship, and it seems like everyone else just gets over it. I know those feelings well, though I won't pretend to know exactly how you feel.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with 15 years in practice. For the last 10, I've focused on techniques that help people master anxiety, so that distress no longer takes over and there's room to enjoy the good moments.

I believe we're all doing the best we can, but sometimes we don't have the right approach for the challenge. Habits that work for a while can stop working in the long run. Together we'll decode the complexity of your emotions, not just to control them, but to accept them as part of you.

I work with teens, adults, couples and families, and I'm an ally to lesbian and bisexual clients. I also speak Mandarin.

MA in Counseling Psychology, Argosy University (2011). BA in Psychology, University of California, Santa Cruz (2008).
